Our Appointment Options

Consultation

Get personalized IEP support tailored to your needs. We can discuss requesting assessments, understanding progress reports, reviewing IEP goals, or other questions you may have. Your booking includes 60 minutes of support with Veronica, by email, text, or phone. After learning more about your needs, Veronica will help you develop a plan and identify next steps.

Meeting Documentation

Have an experienced note-taker at your IEP meeting. Veronica will attend and take detailed notes, then send you the notes and a meeting summary within 48 hours. This service is for documentation only: Veronica will not speak, advise, or advocate on your behalf during the meeting. Book it on its own or pair it with IEP analysis services for additional input. The booking includes up to 60 minutes; time beyond that is billed at $60 per hour, with an invoice sent afterward.
