No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and Our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon Our sending a confirmation email to you indicating that your order of our services has been accepted.
Agreement of Services:
This agreement is made between the client and Veronica Minor of SPED Unjumbled, LLC, referred to as “SPED Unjumbled, LLC” or “the advocate.” Specific services to be provided: SPED Unjumbled, LLC agrees to provide skilled advocacy services on behalf of your child. If you do not agree to the terms & conditions, do not purchase services on this website.
These services may include assisting you with understanding your child’s records; helping you to prepare a written agenda; drafting letters or complaints based on your input; supporting in IEP team communication; and providing other advocacy services. Services Not Covered By This Agreement: Although SPED Unjumbled, LLC offers skilled advocacy services, Veronica Minor is not held out as an expert in the fields of educational evaluation, psychology, law, or medicine. SPED Unjumbled, LLC cannot, in any circumstances, act as your attorney.
Client’s Responsibility:
You agree to the following:
a. Communicate fully with Education Advocacy, LLC, providing all information that would aid Education Advocacy, LLC in assisting you
b. Make payments to Education Advocacy, LLC, as provided in this Agreement
c. With the assistance of Education Advocacy, LLC, make good-faith efforts to communicate clearly in a polite and factual manner with school staff in order to pursue an appropriate education for your child.
Confidentiality:
SPED Unjumbled, LLC agrees to keep all client information and records confidential.
Calculation of Fee:
Fees are charged according to services purchased at checkout. If the client requires more than the services purchased, another service must be purchased prior to additional services being rendered.
For all parents, at the initial consultation, the advocate will review records and will ask questions to understand your child’s needs, to learn about your concerns, and to help you identify the next steps in the process.
No Guaranteed Results: SPED Unjumbled, LLC will act on your behalf in a courteous, conscientious, and careful manner at all times to seek solutions that are appropriate for your child. SPED Unjumbled, LLC cannot promise or guarantee any specific outcome or result.
Termination of Agreement: You may terminate this Agreement at any time, provided you have paid for all services delivered by Education Advocacy, LLC. Education Advocacy, LLC may terminate this Agreement at any time in the event of nonpayment of fees or in the event irreconcilable differences develop.
